It has been established that Ball & Chain will host its annual Pirate Party at the woman-owned 'Piratz Tavern' in downtown Silver Spring on March 20th, 2010!  This event is a fundraiser for the Ball & Chain woman to put towards future events, and we greatly appreciate your support.
